Over the years, she explored various fields, from owning a female roller derby team, Big Mouth Mickey, to embracing burlesque dancing after being inspired by a performance in Chicago. She later formed her own burlesque troupe, Burlesque Le’ Moustache, and even opened a boutique, 4 Miles 2 Memphis, in 2011, showcasing her love for vintage fashion. However, it was her longtime friendship with Mike Wolfe that led to her big break when he invited her to join American Pickers as the shop manager of Antique Archaeology
